I moved to France for a bit! Recipes with this title are recipes I’ve made for dinners en Fontainebleau. The grocery stores in France are starkly different than the grocery stores in the states because they stress seasonal ingredients (and nothing spicy). Because of this, these recipes are centered around ingredients available to me in France. I miss jalapeños, but France is pretty great.
