WHO I MADE IT FOR?
I was first introduced to these at Toro. I could eat two orders of these by myself every time I go. I love making these as an easy side or app for Spanish-influence foods. You can really serve them with anything. Most recently, I ate them with steak tacos.
Padron peppers (1/2 lbish)
- Bring wok over high heat. Add olive oil.
- When it’s smoking, add peppers and turn down heat a little.
- Cook on all sides until browned.
- Remove from wok, salt heavily. Serve immediately.
BOTTOM LINE: So easy. Like crack but better (I think).
