WHO I MADE IT FOR?
Chimichurri has been my favorite sauce all of my life. It’s probably the result of being basically a carnivore for the first 20 years of my life. I make this all of the time. I usually make it to drizzle on steak tip bites as an appetizer.
Parsley (1/2 cup, chopped)
Cilantro (1/2 cup, chopped)
Olive oil (3/4 cup)
Red wine vinegar (1/4 cup)
Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
- Combine everything. Mix well. Add more olive oil/red wine vinegar to taste. Salt as needed. Serve over meat!
BOTTOM LINE: This is an easy and dependable sauce that is PERFECT for steak but can be used for chicken or veggies.
