This is probably the “dish” I made most. It’s perfect as an afternoon snack or as a ingredient in any tacos. The best best best best guacamole. I’m not being cocky, just confident.
Avocados (2, 1 cut in very small pieces, 1 cut in bigger chunks)
Cilantro (1/2 cup, minced)
Scallions (3, white parts cut thinly)
Lime (Juice from 1/2 or 1 full lime, depending on how much you like lime)Jalapenos (2, minced, less if you are spice averse)
Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
Salt (to taste)
- Combine all ingredients well. Serve immediately.
BOTTOM LINE: Easy to modify depending on spice level desired, completely delicious.
