WHO I MADE IT FOR?
I’ve actually made a variety of roasted radishes for a while; usually I cut them in skinny rings to make radish chips. I actually like that better.
Radishes (12, cut into fourths or sliced into rings)
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix radishes and olive oil. Spread onto pan and salt generously. Cook for 40 mins or until radishes are golden brown.
BOTTOM LINE: Easy, yummy, healthy?
